1. Unable to Bind: Information Currently Linked to Another Account
If you encounter an error stating your phone number or email is in use, it means it is already linked to another HTX account. Click here to submit a request to delete the associated account. The platform will review and process your request within 24 hours. After completing your 2FA updates, ensure you securely save your verification methods to avoid future problems.
2. Issues with GA Linking
1) If your GA code isn't working, ensure your GA and HTX App have matching time zones. Correct any discrepancies and retry.
2) If you've reinstalled GA, your codes are different. Remove your previous GA setup and log in once more.
3) Withdrawals and fiat transfers are disabled for 24 hours after a 2FA change, but deposits and trading remain unaffected.
3. Verification Code Issues
1) Unable to Receive Email Verification Code:
- Confirm "Send" was clicked; allow time for delivery, as delays can occur.
- If using a corporate email, try a personal email, as company servers may block these codes.
- Check your network connectivity.
- Inspect your spam/junk folders.
- Confirm you haven't blocked HTX emails. If so, whitelist these addresses:
- Whitelist instructions: Log in to your email account > Click [Settings] > [Anti-spam] > [Whitelist] - [Set Email Address Whitelist].
- Add the following HTX domain names:

2) Unable to Receive SMS Verification Code:
- Confirm "Send" was clicked; allow time for delivery, as delays can occur. Avoid repeated clicks.
- Ensure your phone has service and is not in arrears. Try restarting or moving to a better signal area.
- Disable any call-blocking apps that may filter SMS codes.
- Mobile phone inboxes have a storage limit. If your inbox is full of messages, you will not be able to receive new messages. Please delete some old messages and try again.
- Use the "Voice Verification" option on the login page for a phone call with the code.
