HTX will be supporting the rebranding of Open Custody Protocol(OPEN)  to Levva Protocol Token (LVVA) with the following arrangements:

• The withdrawals and deposits of token OPEN will be unavailable at 02:00 (UTC) on February 28, 2025 . Please ensure that you leave sufficient time for your OPEN deposits to be fully processed prior to this time.

• Disabling of all OPEN spot trading pairs and cancellation of all pending OPEN orders (OPEN/USDT ) will take place at 02:00 (UTC) on February 28, 2025.

• Snapshots of users' positions will be taken at 16:00 (UTC) on March 2, 2025, after all orders are canceled. Users' OPEN will be converted to LVVA on a 1:1 basis.

• Opening of deposits, withdrawals, and trading of LVVA will be subsequently announced, please stay tuned.

Please Note:

1. The system will cancel OPEN orders at the specified time and return the assets involved to your Spot account automatically, please cancel all pending orders before 02:00 (UTC) on February 28, 2025 to avoid any risks.

2. The system will suspend the display of OPEN price once trading has been disabled. OPEN will be excluded from the calculation of users' total balance, and your actual holdings will not be affected.

3. HTX reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change or cancel this announcement at any time and for any reasons without prior notice.
